Moving or Renewing?  Send Notice Now Below. 

A written notice must be received in our office no later than 90 days prior to the last day of your leasing agreement if you intend to move out. The lease automatic renews 90 days prior to the last day of your lease if no notice is received.

NOTE:  You may send your notice as early as 6 months prior to the last day of your lease if you do not attend to renew or if you attend to stay for another term.  Please send your notice early and don’t wait until the last minute.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days of the lease termination date and the return of all keys. All refunds are returned through U.S. Mail and are not retrievable at our office. Be sure to include a forwarding address for your refund to be mailed to.

    1. NOTE: LESSOR IS REQUIRED TO REFUND SECURITY DEPOSIT IN ONE CHECK PAYABLE TO ALL LESSEES TOGETHER FOR TOTAL AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT, UNLESS ALL PARTIES TO THE LEASE AUTHORIZE OTHERWISE USING THE FOLLOWING FORM.
