Rental Payments


IMPORTANT RENTAL PAYMENT INFORMATION 

Only available at this time for Riverlake Properties residents that are required to make rental payments at 816 suite 1 or 826 Adams St. (corporate office). Please note, we moved from 826 to 816 suite 1.

Your full monthly rental payment must be received in our office on or before the 1st. of each month.  Depending  on your leasing agreement rental payments are accepted as follows:

Caution: Before submitting your rental payment, please do the following:

  • Check your lease to determine which corporate entity your payment should be made payable to—we represent several entities.
  • Make payment to the proper location. Consult the lease for this information.
  • Indicate your apartment address on the payment so that we can apply it to your account.
  • Forms of payment: check or money order. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
  • There is a rental drop box available for after-hours use at some locations.

DELINQUENT RENTAL PAYMENTS: Payments received after the 3rd. of the month will be subject to a $50 late fee and a $15 per day charge beginning on the 5th. and until paid in full. You must include the $50 late fee with your rental payment.

OUTSTANDING RENTS AND BALANCES: Failing to pay your rent can trigger late fees, collection costs, court costs, attorney’s fees, eviction proceedings, and other costly expenses being initiated. Your timely rental payment will save you money and protect your good credit rating.
