HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…

Whenever you refer someone and they sign a 12-month leasing agreement with us, have them present this coupon on the day of the lease signing and you will receive a $100 referral credit. To be eligible you must be a current resident of our company with a valid leasing agreement and no current or outstanding delinquencies on your account. This coupon is redeemable in the form of a $100 rental credit only. No cash shall be rewarded to any participants, and this offer is only redeemable as a rental credit at our company.


RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

Only one coupon is redeemable per leasing agreement. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Coupons shall not be valid until the referral and all lessees or roommates have signed a 12-month leasing agreement and it is fully executed as a legal contract. Coupons are not valid for roommate swaps, adding individuals to an existing lease, or residents of the same apartment that is being leased to the referral. This coupon is redeemable in the form of a $100 rental credit only at Riverlake Properties. No cash payments shall be issued to any participants, and this offer is only redeemable as a rental credit at on select apartments at Riverlake Properties. Not valid in conjunction with apartment leases where the monthly rent is less than $600. To be eligible, you must be a current lessee of our company with a valid leasing agreement and no current or outstanding delinquencies on your account. This coupon must be completed with all required information and presented by the new resident leasing the apartment on the day of the lease signing. Any attempt to circumvent these rules and eligibility requirements shall render this offer null and void. Riverlake Properties reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Employees and relatives of employees are not eligible. OFFER EXPIRES December 31, 2020.
