Riverlake Properties specializes in Greater New Orleans apartment rentals. We have a huge selection with many student units near Tulane University, Loyola University, and Xavier University. We also offer apartments in the French Quarter, Garden District, Carrollton Area and Metairie. We have been serving renters in the greater New Orleans area for over 45 years and understand student’s rental needs with multiple roommates. Our current available apartments are posted online and change daily as new availabilities are added and leased units are removed.

Bureau, Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans, and the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans.
