RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

Only one survey per person. To be eligible for a chance to win a gift card, you must have made an appointment with our leasing agent in the past 9 months and viewed at least one apartment with our agent (regardless of whether you signed a lease or not), or be a current tenant of our company with a valid leasing agreement and no current or outstanding delinquencies on your account. Any attempt to circumvent these rules and eligibility requirements shall render this offer null and void. Riverlake Properties reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
