RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

Only one survey per person per maintenance repair. To be eligible for a chance to win a gift card, you must take the survey within 5 days of the maintenance repair completion and be a tenant with a valid leasing agreement and no current or outstanding delinquencies on your account. Any attempt to circumvent these rules and eligibility requirements shall render this offer null and void. Riverlake Properties reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Employees and relatives of employees are not eligible. OFFER EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 2019. These rules may be modified from time-to-time at the sole discretion of Riverlake Properties.
